The 2026 Corporate Gifting Calendar for Singapore
The single biggest reason corporate gifts arrive late, over budget, or off-brand isn't the supplier — it's starting too late. Here's when to begin for every major occasion in 2026, planned backwards from the real production time.
Every year we get the same call in early February: “We need 300 branded gifts for our Chinese New Year lunch — can you deliver by next week?” Sometimes we can pull it off. Often we can't, at least not with a printed logo and the quality your brand deserves.
Good corporate gifting is a planning exercise, not a shopping one. So instead of another “gift ideas” list, here's the calendar we wish every client kept on their wall — with the two numbers that actually drive it.
The two lead times that decide everything
Once artwork and quantities are confirmed, production runs on one of two clocks:
- Locally produced items — about 3 weeks. Most drinkware, apparel, bags and printed items we stock or decorate in Singapore.
- Overseas production — about 2 months. Custom-made items, bespoke packaging, larger bespoke runs and specialty products.
Then add time before the clock starts: getting a quote (usually within one business day), approving artwork and a sample, and confirming your headcount. That's why our rule of thumb is:

The 2026 calendar, month by month
Festival dates follow the lunar/religious calendar and Singapore's gazetted public holidays — confirm the exact day before you lock timelines. The planning windows below are what matter most.
January – February · Chinese New Year (mid-February 2026)
The biggest corporate gifting moment of the Singapore year. Demand for red-and-gold packaging, hampers and mandarin-orange sets peaks fast.
- Start by early January for local printed gifts; late November 2025 for anything custom or overseas.
- Popular: premium hampers, tea sets, reusable drinkware, desk accessories, red packets with your logo.
March – May · Hari Raya Puasa & Hari Raya Haji
Increasingly important for gifting to Malay/Muslim clients and staff. Choose halal-certified food sets or non-food wellness kits.
- Start ~6 weeks ahead for local items; earlier for custom hampers.
Mid-year · Company D&Ds, anniversaries, staff milestones & National Day (August)
The quieter festive window is the best time for internal gifting — onboarding kits, service-award gifts, and event merchandise for dinners and townhalls. Less time pressure, more room for premium and custom.
October – November · Deepavali (early November 2026)
Traditional sweets, spiced snacks and warm-toned decorative packaging. Plan alongside your year-end client list.
- Start by mid-September for local; August for custom.
November – December · Christmas & Year-End Client Appreciation
The longest lead-time trap of all, because everyone orders at once and factories/couriers are at capacity.
- Start by mid-October for local printed gifts; early October for overseas or fully bespoke.
- Popular: wine and gourmet hampers, premium tech and wellness gifts, branded apparel, curated gift sets.
A simple way to never be late again
- List your gifting occasions for the year now.
- For each, count back 6 weeks (local) or 10–12 weeks (custom/overseas) and put a “start” reminder in the calendar.
