1. What’s the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard minimum order is 50 pieces per item. For some ready-stock items we can be flexible — just ask and we’ll advise.
2. Can you print our company logo on the gifts?
Yes — almost every item can be customised with your logo. Send us your logo file (a vector file such as .ai, .eps or .pdf prints cleanest) and we’ll advise the best printing method for each product.
3. Why aren’t there prices on the website? How do I get a price?
Prices depend on quantity, customisation and logo printing, so we quote each order individually. Send a quote request (or email sales@pjgifthouse.com / call 8011 1566) and our team will send a quotation, usually within one business day.
4. What information do you need to prepare a quote?
To quote quickly we’ll need: your company’s full name, a contact number, the quantity per item, your logo image (if printing), and your expected delivery date.
5. How long does an order take (lead time)?
Lead time depends on where the item is made. For locally produced items, allow about 3 weeks; for items with overseas production, allow roughly 2 months. Both start once artwork and quantities are confirmed. Rush orders may be possible — ask us.
6. Can you source items that aren’t on the website?
Yes. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, tell us what you need and we’ll do our best to source the right corporate gift for your budget and occasion.
7. Do you deliver, and where are you located?
We deliver across Singapore, and we can arrange overseas delivery too — delivery charges depend on the destination. You’re also welcome to collect from our office at 61 Tai Seng Avenue, Print Media Hub @ Paya Lebar iPark, #03-03, Singapore 534167.
8. Have you supplied large or corporate clients before?

Your logo is the face of your brand, and we want it to shine on your swag. To make it happen, we'll need your artwork files in AI or EPS format, the higher the resolution, the brighter it'll shine! During the mockup stage, we'll create a digital masterpiece showcasing your logo on your chosen merch. Think of it as a sneak peek at the final product! You can make any adjustments you want during this stage and once you're thrilled, give us the green light, and we'll whip up some samples for your approval (usually within 3-7 business days, depending on the merch complexity).
